We provide 24×7 technical support only for hosting-related issues. If you download a script and it doesn’t work, we will check if the issue is related to our hosting or the script itself.
If it’s a hosting issue, we aim to resolve it within 30 minutes. Other issues will be addressed within 24 hours, depending on complexity. Premium support via AnyDesk is available but does not include developer support.
If a virus is found in your cPanel account, your website/account will be suspended. You must contact the URL Host team for resolution.
